1. Information We Collect

When you register as a member of Aapla Tilak Nagar Sports Club, we collect the following personal information:

• Full name and phone number (used for member identification and slot reminders)
• Email address (used for login and notifications)
• Booking history — sport, slot time, court, booking status
• Payment screenshots uploaded by you when requesting a wallet recharge; these are reviewed by our admin team to verify UPI transfers and are deleted once the recharge is processed

2. How We Use Your Information

• To manage your court bookings and maintain booking records
• To send in-app notifications about booking confirmations, cancellations, and slot reminders
• To verify UPI payments and credit your wallet accordingly
• To contact you if there is a scheduling conflict or urgent club update
• To improve our platform based on usage patterns (no personally identifiable data is used for this)

3. Data Storage

All member data is stored on a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway with standard encryption at rest. Payment screenshots are stored temporarily in secure cloud storage and deleted after the recharge is verified. We do not store raw UPI credentials or bank account numbers.

4. Data Sharing

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The only exception is payment screenshots, which are reviewed internally by our admin team for wallet recharge verification — they are never shared outside the club.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Your booking history will also be deleted upon request. To exercise this right, contact us at the email below. We will process your request within 7 working days.
