1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using the Aapla Tilak Nagar Sports Club platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use this platform.

2. Membership

Membership to Aapla Tilak Nagar Sports Club is granted by invitation or upon approval by the club admin. Submitting a registration request does not guarantee membership. The club reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason. Approved members receive login access and can begin booking slots immediately.

3. Booking & Cancellation

• All bookings are in a Pending state until confirmed by a club admin. You will receive a notification once confirmed.
• If you do not show up for a confirmed slot without cancelling in advance, a penalty may be applied to your account at the admin's discretion.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the slot start time to be eligible for a wallet credit refund.
• Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the slot) are not eligible for any refund or credit.

4. Payment

• Slot bookings are paid using wallet credits. Wallets can be recharged by transferring via UPI and submitting a payment screenshot for admin verification.
• Direct UPI payment per booking may be available for select slots, subject to admin configuration.
• Wallet credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable to another member's account under any circumstances.

5. Code of Conduct

• Members must follow all rules posted at the club facility in Tilak Nagar.
• Equipment must be handled with care; damage due to misuse may be billed to the member.
• Treat fellow members and club staff with respect at all times.
• Fair play is expected; unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in suspension.
• No booking slot may be transferred or sublet to a non-member.

6. Account Termination

The club reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any member account for violations of these terms, misconduct at the facility, repeated no-shows, or any behaviour deemed harmful to the club community. Any remaining wallet balance at the time of termination for cause will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aapla Tilak Nagar Sports Club is not liable for any personal injuries sustained during play, loss or theft of personal property at the facility, or technical issues on the booking platform including double-bookings due to connectivity errors. Members play and use the facility at their own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
