Refund Policy

1. Wallet Recharges
Once a wallet recharge request is approved by our admin after payment verification, the credited amount is non-refundable under normal circumstances. Wallet credits can only be used for booking slots within the club.
An exception is made only in cases of a verified technical error — for example, where UPI payment was deducted from your bank account but the wallet was not credited. In such cases, contact us with your UTR number and screenshot, and we will investigate within 48 hours.
2. Booking Cancellations
Cancel 24+ hours before slot
Full slot amount is returned as wallet credits. The credit will appear in your wallet within a few minutes of cancellation.
Cancel within 24 hours of slot
No refund or wallet credit will be issued. The slot fee is forfeited to account for the inability to reassign the court at short notice.
Admin cancels your booking
If the club cancels a confirmed booking for any reason (maintenance, scheduling conflict, etc.), the full slot amount is automatically credited back to your wallet. You will receive a notification with the reason.
3. How to Request a Refund
For any refund-eligible issue (e.g., wallet not credited after UPI deduction), reach out to us via WhatsApp or email with the following details:
- Your registered phone number or email
- Booking ID (found in My Bookings)
- Payment screenshot showing the UPI transaction
- Brief description of the issue

4. Processing Time
Eligible refunds are processed as wallet credits within 3–5 business days of verification. We do not offer bank or UPI refunds — all approved refunds are credited back to your in-app wallet. If you have not received your credit after 5 business days, please follow up with your original request reference.
